Default 1914 nickel in change

I received a 1914 nickel in change at a deli in Herndon, VA the other day.
The coin would grade good. I originally thought it was dateless but a look
with a magnifying glass clearly showed the tops of the 1914--no doubt about
the date. I was even more surprised when my 2013 Coin Digest showed the
value as $20 retail!

Cool find.
