Hi Blair and Rodney,

I'm not sure the scope of "promotional cancel" you are using -- like a
pictorial cancellation? -- but we get United Way seasonal slogan
cancels seasonally (in inkjet.) I'm testing my memory here, but I
believe the logo is to the left and the details to the right. As this
stamp would never have paid exact letter rate ($0.12 was jumped over
in a rate change), I am thinking this is the left-hand side of the
cancel, with the rest of the postmark off the stamp to the right.

Yes, you are probably correct, otherwise the image would be pointless
without worded promotion alongside the logo.
