Sounds like just your standard uncut notes which you can get from the BEP.

Picture looks like the one from the BEP site when the new 50's were
announced.

Of course NOT! They have the same serial number and they say
"SPECIMEN". They are for testing purposes and not legal tender.

This should be reported, not just to eBay, but to the Secret Service!

Fred I have contacted the BEP with this listing and asked them to research
it. The seller has told me in an email they are legal tender if cut up. So
far nobody is buying it and the price is low.

I highly doubt such a thing would leave the BEP legally.

There is another possibility, he copied the photographs from the BEP site
and printed them on his home computer.
