Thanks Blair,
now that makes sense. A fairly expensive option, none the less. "Blair" To clarify, the stamps on the AR card paid the AR fee, not postage. Now, Young Rodney, I have a real AR treat for you: a TravAncore AR
form, on original cover. (Warning: these are 600 dpi scans, so rather hefty.) Here is the back: http://i251.photobucket.com/albums/g...coreARform.jpg and the front: http://i251.photobucket.com/albums/g...Rformfront.jpg the address side (using an Economy Slip) of the cover to which it was attached, by a dab of glue to the top left corner of the Economy slip: http://i251.photobucket.com/albums/g...ddressside.jpg and the business side, with a splash of SG O108s: http://i251.photobucket.com/albums/g...over-front.jpg rodney wrote: Thanks Blair, now that makes sense. Superb Tony, you have left that to me in your will, of course. Goodness, that script is sooooo much like Thai script I feel I could read it. If only. Were you aware that was an AR card prior? You have shown me that cover before. R "Asia-translation" wrote in message ... Now, Young Rodney, I have a real AR treat for you: a TravAncore AR form, on original cover. Rodney, I do apologise for doubling up on it - but as it's about the
only Travancore cover I own, you must forgive me taking it out for an airing on every possible occasion. I didn't know it was an AR when I bought it - the 'other' side wasn't shown. I took it up for the nice franking. And as to my will, I'll see my solicitor to add the codicil tomorrow. The South Indian scripts do seem to have spread all over the place. That Malayalam look teasingly like Javanese, too. Tony rodney wrote: Superb Tony, you have left that to me in your will, of course. Lovely Tony, thanks very much,
so that's your Paisley necktie, Egyptian Fez, Cuban cigar scissors and two year subscription to "Quilting monthly" Hmm the Travancore cover added to that, almost makes it worth my while to bump you off early. "Asia-translation" And as to my will, I'll see my solicitor to add the codicil tomorrow. |

Bhor, Bundi, Bamra, and Barwani collections for Travancore, sounds fair? I may even throw in my Holkar. |

You have too much time on your hands Mr. Mac. Your time would be better spent organising some nice duplicates for me. This time, try to seperate them from the crumbs of your iced Vo Vo's or apple crumble that came with the last lot. "Asia-translation" Your what, Rodney? This ia family show.
