2003 Deuces out in CHicago

Our own Dennis Forgue got some 2003 Minneapolis deuces here in Chicago
Thursday, and spent one at a 7-11 going home that night just to see if the
clerk would notice the date. The young lady behind the counter looked at it,
held it up to the light, held it under some kind of lamp, and finally
complained "It doesn't have a watermark!!!"
I guess she had seen some info on the new $20's coming out, and figured
anything starting with a 2 would have the same features.
Sigh.

This is one of the reasons that the $2 bill should be redesigned, for a
watermark (and a low-vision numeral as well).

With a serial number beginning with the letter "I" and ending with the
letter "A", I'd hardly call these notes replacements...
