Harry Potter page up

Hi all,

Harry Potter autographs now completed. Phew, was a LONG list! I've
listed like always, the ones I want the ones I've sent to and the ones
I have including cast and crew.

why didn't you put the addresses where your wrote off to?

Too much work and some I may not be able to help with... I have
thousands of autographs and just not the resources and mostly time
keep up with addresses that change. People can email me if they need
something. Plus, I put up addresses on my site and asked for help with
them several times on this group. According to my stats, people were
going to the address pages, but I got a grand total of three emails
with a couple addresses or corrections. I didn't appreciate that and
after fair warning deleted all those addresses. MANY potter addresses
were in there too.

I can understand Dahoov's frustration. Even if she put up all the addresses, I
bet she'd still get dozens of emails beginning her for Daniel's autograph (or
even addressed to Daniel!).

I operate on the give and take. If I can help someone I do. If someone helps
me, I am very grateful. I think Dahoov has gone beyond duty with helping
people on this board. And I for one want to thank her for it.

Her website is amazing. The serious collector won't mind doing a little elbow
grease to find an address and you can separate the serious from the greedy. So
bravo, Dahoov!

Thanks. I think if they really can't find something in more than 10
minutes, they can feel free to email. But I don't really want a site
where all the people do is come and get the address and leave. Then
they get mad when it's not valid anymore etc.

I put on my site where I got it. So if it was purchased or a trade,
no need to ask for information. I list the ENTIRE cast list so you
don't even have to go to IMDB. And if I found an official site, I put
the link there. They can go to those sites for address information.
If I get a Preprint or secretarial or autopen, I tell about it. That
way people can use it as reference. So it's not just a place to
display autographs... just like a lot of you out there, I see lots of
useful information embedded!
