Default Parker Pencil Repair 21

I have a couple of Parker 21 pencils that have a very stiff lead
mechanism. This happens whem I want to twist the cap right to expose
the lead.
I've opened the pencil and noticed that the innards are composed of a
totally enclosed unit.
Is there a way to maybe lubricate something, somewhere?
Thank you
