Default How to play programmable CDs in my Rowe AMI 100?

I have recently acquired and older Jukebox and loaded in several CDs...one of which was one I had recorded. It initialized fine and plays (a Memorex CD-R 52x). Now I am recording more and can't get them to play. They seem to initialize, but when selected I get the error "Not Allowed NI" (which I assume means Not Initialized). I've tried two different burner programs (iTunes and CyberSuite). Tried CDs with 40x and 52x....can't get them to work!

Help! I appreciate any ideas!

First of all, make sure you record the CDs as a Closed Session.

Next, on early CD-Players (CDM3/4) they seemed to care which blank CD
manufacturer was used - I could use Office Depot blanks, but not Memorex.

Try burning the CDs at a SLOWER speed (1X, 2X) and see if that works better.

The CD-Pro series should be able to handle more modern CDs, but the CDM3
and CDM4s were fussier.
