Default PCGS...problem...what to do?

I recently sent several coins to be graded to PCGS. Part of the value
to me is in the slab. One coin was returned with a huge gash across
the slab and smaller scratches around the inner coin holder. Will
they replace this?

As followup...PCGS took care of the issue and is paying return
postage. Just curious...any cases of any of the grading companies
swapping out a coin ...say I submit a MS70 1986 Silver Eagle..would
they swap it to a MS 69...to fill their own collections?
