Flow Blue: ID mark
I have not been able to identify this mark or find any info on the scene. I have included a photo of both the marks and the scene. I'd appreciate any help. This plate was included in a box of my grandmother's willow ware and has been in storage, according to the newspaper it was wrapped in, 1972.
