Default identify an amp

i have an amp that was in an ami e-120 i bought. its not like any ami
amp ive seen. sort of rustic color. has tubes G, 5U4G, 62N7 AND
6L6G. has a plug for 45 or 78 rpm. 17220 stamped on one of
transformers. power cord is a 4 prong plug. 3 amp fuse for power. 2
sprague canisters, volume control has a 5 plug hole. if you need a
photo i can put it on craigs list. thanks norm

I believe your amplifier is for a Rock-Ola 1436 Jukebox.
