Default Finally got my first keelboat nickel!

Unbelievable. After all this time, I got my first keelboat nickel today
in change for my Dijon Turkey/Ham/Bacon sub at Subway in Portland OR.
($6.19, gave him 6 and a quarter.)

You'd think I would have found a damn Lewis & Clark nickel months ago,
here at the end of the Oregon Trail.

Wonder how long it will take me to find an Oregon quarter once they come
out?

I received a keelboat the other day which is gold in color - apparently
plated with something - as a bonus from a dealer I buy from. Has anyone else
seen the "gold nickels"?

I still have not received a single non-monticello nickel here in Maine. I
don't understand what's up.

It'll be interesting how long it'll take some of us to find the first
neo-buffaloes in the spring (or fall, or in '06....)
