Default Kessinger - bad printing

Kessinger has some bad printing. If they cannot print pictures
properly, they shouldn't reprint books with pictures.

The identical copy of a book scanned at books.google.com is the
source for some Kessinger books, yet inferior printing by Kessinger.

The Great American Fraud, by Samuel Adams stands as an example.
Pictures are less clear in Kessinger's reprint, and some text
commentary to images is blanked out, and many pictures are
actually blank. This book has been returned as defective/inferior.

Note to competitors: the field is wide open for quality reprints,
so there is no reason to leave it to Kessinger, IndyPublish, etc.
