NSM Firebird Wallbox - How much should i pay for these?

I was at an arcade ops storage unit and saw he had a few of the first
Nsm Firebird Wall Jukeboxes. The guy showed me that it played but it
was pretty dirty & would need to be cleaned up for sure. All the title
pages seem to move freely & didnt bind. Some burned out bulbs & Dollar
Bill acceptor is gone. So basically, dirty but working with some
burned out bulbs & would probably clean up to be pretty nice. He was
asking $300 which i thought was kinda high in this condition. Is this
a good deal? What do these go for currently in stated condition / what
should i really expect to pay / offer? What do they sell for in nice
reconditioned shape? Thanks for any & all help!
