Cabbage Patch

Hello,
While spring cleaning I've run across my old Cabbage Patch Doll.
Wondering if she is worth anything. Any information would be most
helpful. I've tried to determin her value based on ebay dolls, but
there are too many listed and I can't find a match.

Here are the facts:
1983 Soft Sculpt face
Signed on fanny Xavier Roberts '83
Fair condition. Dirty, some pricks on "skin"
No shoes and no original clothing
Have birth certificate that is in excellent condition
Have adoption papers that are in fair condition
Have original tag (history and care) not attached to doll. In
excellent condition except for hole where the tag was attached
Brown hair and brown eyes
