Red ink cartridges for Parker Fountain Pens
Does anyone have any recommendations where to find red ink cartridges
for Parker Fountain Pens? I can only find blue and black; and it would be nice to use red, when I am marking up documents. Thanks, Nick |

Or just save some empty cartridges and re-fill with ink from a bottle...

Sam does ship to Canada. If you are so inclined, any pharmacist will
sell you an insulin syringe which can be used to refill cartridges. We don't have the kind of drug paraphernalia laws which exist in the USA. Using syringes to refill inkjet cartridges has become such a common practice that my local druggist can tell you what type of syringes work well with any give brand of printer. IIRC, Levenger's sells their inks in cart's that fit Parker. HTH SteveE I've tried the Levenger Cardinal Red large cartridges. The color of the ink is great. However, I found the ink would keep drying out in the pen unless I used it as my main writer. The Parker's I have allow air to flow, even when the cap is on. The large Levenger cartridges have Parker style "nipple" on the one end and an international style "nipple" on the other end. I've had better luck using these cartridges in a Pelikan Future, which has an airtight cap. The ink doesn't dry out as quickly. For whatever it's worth. David |

My experience, with both the cartridges and bottles, with Levenger ink is identical. I prefer Quink (and you can get red) and Aurora (black or blue, the only colours available...sigh) john cline ii who also likes Waterman... |
