ANA wesbite problem - I need the forums assistance
The ANA has done many updates to their website, and with the latest change I
can not longer get access to the listing of dealers/ here is the URL http://www.money.org/ana_custom/dealer_search/ ~~~~~~~~~~~ When I do a search I get this error message: "Sorry, your request cannot be processed. The page requested was being accessed through an unauthorized website location. This request is only allowed to be processed through the ANA website dealer search page. Third party access is not allowed. Click here to start a new search." ~~~~~~~~~~~~ I've talked to them about this and here is the choice of options I get to resolve my problem; Therefore, as a solution we would advise several different options to assist in finding a remedy to your situation: 1.. You may want to try accessing the money.org dealer directory from a different computer. 2.. You may want to try accessing the money.org dealer directory from a different Internet Service Provider. 3.. Or you may want to try using an alternate Internet Browser. Some popular browsers aside from the commonly used Internet Explorer are Netscape and Firefox. I'm a Comcast high speed user, using IE6.0, Norton Personal Firewall, computer is a dell 3gig machine all the bells and whistles to run fast and clean and not anything that should be an issues to this website. I do tons of very secure stuff online with no problems, why is this petty website blocking me from accessing their search feature. Any and all input appreciated! Thanks Michael -- Michael Jacobs Jake's Marketplace, Inc. 830 W. Main St. #290 Lake Zurich, IL 60047-2349 Phone - 1-847-277-9814 - Fax 1-847-277-9815 http://www.jakesmp.net |

I had no problems getting on and they left a cookie--probably a tracking cooking so they can nab hackers or make some money on mouse clicks. If you look in C:\Documents and Settings\yourusername\Cookies there should be a cookie in there that says 'money' so delete that. Then try the link to that site. If that didn't work then delete all of your cookies. Before you delete the cookies make sure you know all of your passwords and usernames for any and all of your online accounts just in case. If that didn't work then try turning off your firewall. It could be blocking the cookie you need to access that feature on the site. If it isn't all that then call Comcast and tell them what the deal is. http://www.money.org/ana_custom/deal...dealer_id=1343 You could try this link and see what it does. They have the link back to the main search directory on the left side of that page. Kind of like trying to enter thru the back door. Sometimes it'll work--probably not. If it isn't any of that-- good luck. |

ANA wesbite problem - I need the forums assistance
What is so interesting is I was able to access their website after the
re-design to their site, even updated Dad's info and our business details. I send a lot of people to this site to find dealers local to them, it's the least I can do since I no longer have a retail location. Well, I found the ANA site down one day, a couple of days later I could not get access. That was a couple of months ago, I've just exhausted anything I can do to get access to this site, it's almost like they have some IP blocking software issue I'm fighting?!?! I've done the cookie cleaning, temp files, history, included all reference to www.money.org to approve list to IE and Norton Personal Firewall approved list for ad blocking etc...I've even loaded Firefox (and did not import any IE info) and still get the same error message. and it's not just from one computer, all three I have connected! I even tried the link you provided and I still get the same error message!! Do not see where comcast can be of any help, I access three different secure banks, charge card companies, the secure server where are order processing takes place, Paypal and anything else where security is an issues and no problems! The dealers directory is not even a secure page??? I'll read some of the other replies and try again! Thanks for your input! Michael Done the cookie cleaning, "bri" wrote in message k.net...
