Default Approval services like Jamestown, Mystic and Kenmore

OK I've used Jamestown, Mystic and Kenmore. Mystic and Kenmore are slick
because they offer various clubs and deliver really nice product. However, I
understand they price stuff a little high. What I'm curious about is if
there are any approval services which offer stuff at a similar level to
these guys (neatly packaged, individualized clubs, and more importantly --
newer material). I've seen approval services offer US stamps and lots of
older worldwide. I've yet to find anything that will offer approvals from
the past 5, 10, 15 and even 20 years. I want a modern approval service. The
more recent the better.

Then I suggest you look for a "New Issue Service".
