I have a nice copy of above mentioned book. I'm having trouble
figuring out if it is a book club edition or not. One clue is that it
doesn't have a price on the inside flap of dust jacket. I does not
state book club edition nor does it say first edition on the copyright
page. It merely states copyright 1977 with no other dates or printings
mentioned. There is a code on the last page almost hidden between the
pages and that is mp5cc. Anyone?

The "first" has the code R49 in the gutter of page 447, and
should have the price $8.95.
