According to Yvert 2003 issue :

Yes, My 1996 Y&T says the same - but I was asking about Michel
(1987/88). I have a Russian Turkalenko catalog - but I do not read
Cyrillic.

You did not say that you have look at Yvert too.

I believed that informations from an other catalog could help you.

If you don't want answers, don't ask questions.

My old SG agrees with Scott denominations.
Their #s were SG 1821-25 and they say the
stamps exist perf and imperf.

Blair, which issue of SG do you use? I just checked with mine
(2001 ed.), and here the #s a 2084 (10k), 2084c (20k),
2085 (25k), 2086 (40k), and 2087 (1r).

Further SG says Perf and Imperf, but does not specify which
ones are imperf. This is clearly indicated in Michel, see my
previous post.

Try the following concordance:

CCCP Michel Scott
10K 2031 1945 1936
20K 2032 1980 1937
25K 2033 1946 1938

40K 2035 1948 1913
60K 2036 1922 1914
1R 2037 1949 1940

All stamps have "VI" in the upper left corner (6th World Youth
Festival).

Dakota :

I don't know if this may help you, but here is the table from Jay with
where I added the Yvert #s (1996 or 2003 issues) :

CCCP Michel Scott Yvert
10K 2031 1945 1936 1929
20K 2032 1980 1937 1930
25K 2033 1946 1938 1931
40K 2034 1947 1939 1932
40K 2035 1948 1913 1897A
60K 2036 1922 1914 1898
1R 2037 1949 1940 1933

As for the imperfs, Yvert mentions imperfs for all those 7 stamps,
except for Yvert # 1931 and 1932.

My SG is an old SIMPLIFIED (world-wide).
Yours is more recent.
