Default Plantchet vs Planchet

Thought you might appreciate this from the medieval coinmakers:

---------

Here is a scan of the next token I need for my Peers and Peopns game.
The Peer token. I'm really proud of the laurel wreath. The Northshield
star is pretty good too. Now that the die turned out so good, I'm
disappointed with my job of polishing the blank before I started. You
can see the scratches fairly clear in the scan.
-Bart

By "blank" do you mean die stock or planchet?
-Elie

Elie you must remember that some of us dont know a plantchet from a
widget to a thing a madoodle. hell I just call them Dies with I am
shure is wrong. any way how is the engraving going? just snaged a cool
belt sander so I am going to try some new things. Have fun
-Bill

uhmm.....what's a plantchet?
-Danr

A planchet is a flat disk of metal ready for stamping as a coin. A
plantchet is a southern phrase inquiring if the seeds have been put
in the ground. ie, "Ya plantchet?"
