well, it's a trade off. either you have the water soluble ink which
is safe for pens, or something less so, which is less safe for the
pen. you make the call.

if you're really worried about raindrops and coffee, use montblanc
blueblack. they say it'll eat through the paper over the span of a
human lifetime or two. i'm not going to worry about that. if you do
use it, you'll need to flush your pen out often, because it can clog
pens.
