Andy, the TR803 is one of the best decks around. However, I would be
very careful dealing with Charlie on this deck, as he does not like
them, so this deck may be abused.

Here is a good example of a post from Charlie (edited to the point at
hand):

SAVE YOUR BREATH, DAN, it just sold buy it now for $100

You are taking my post out of context Dan- I was comparing the TR-803
to other "high end" decks, i.e. Akai-Sony-GE-H/K, which an 803 is by
no means "equal" to. And every 803 I've had, needed the tape head
re-attached.

Besides, no one is really listening to you. It's obvious, as I'm
selling decks faster than I can service them in the last few months.
The more you toss mud, the more attention the products get, and the
faster they sell.

Andy, Dan is just jealous cuz I make my own 8-track pads, rather than
buy his Win-Gibs. A good product if you don't mind spending 50 cents
each on pads, but my pads are free.

And I can fix tapes better than him.

He obviously has a problem with that !!

Here's proof positive that Dan Gibson of the Track Shack is nothing
but a jealous liar. This tape deck he is referring to was sold, and
