Interesting design, dedicated to the 46th Frankfurt Intl. Book Fair.

The sheet was issued on May 27, 1994, Sc. 2478. It was valued at first class
intl. rate on day of issue. Source: Scott 1999.

BTW, taking in consideration the year of issue, I think that it's showing a
CD.

Thank you Victor, for the cataloguing.
I would not argue with your proposal,
I saw the book and the CD, and presumed it was
indicating an Encyclopedic style, with vid clips
Hence DAD.
