Default Marcos' Titlestrips Enabled Version

I've done most of the work to get a version of my titlestripper available
using Marcos' titlestrips. But, they aren't my strips. So I've sent an
email to the address I found on the page asking if it was okay, under
what license terms, blah, blah, blah. But I haven't heard back. But,
the program is available. I'll announce the url when I hear from Marcos.
For those of you really jonesing for those strips to be done up
automatically, that's what I'm waiting for.

BTW, the centering function for these strips isn't 100%, but I feel
there's a good compromise.

I should also note two more things. First, I don't have jpg's for
each and every title strip. Honestly, it was too much of a hassle, and
some of the artists were so (literally foreign to me that I didn't
bother. When/if Marcos replies, the source for the mods will be
available, so you can add them if you like. Second... Hmm, forgot what
it was. Oh well
