Default Value of a 1973 SPS2 Matador?

Folks,

Anyone know the value of the SPS2 Matador? There's one for sale in
the paper for $600 and I need to know if it's worth that. It works
and looks very nice. I ordered a price guide ("Always Jukin") but it
hasn't arrived and I'd hate to miss a good opportunity.

Thanks!!!!!

It might be listed as worth that much at full retail and in excellent
condition, but I have purchased 3 of those jukes in the past few years for
between $150.00 and $350.00 in clean, working condition. I then sold them at
Christmas time to non-juker gameroom buyers for $500.00 each.
They are a pretty decent, reliable juke for the money.

I like them too. I think they are/were popular over here in PA. The
only thing I hate about them is trying to put one on a hand truck (from
the side) to go down stairs.

Agreed

im not to sure of the LS i have not run past one yet

You might be better off running over one. Just picture a short park
bench with an extra tall back. Now make that park bench with not a
single curve and hardly any hint of anything but 90 degree angles.

if anyone in so cal has one cheep let me know! and i can come and pick
it up i my pickup LOL

If I had one in my way, I might pay to have it shipped to you, anything
to get it out of my sight! Can you tell I don't like them? :-)
