I just found this in a kiloware packet. Any help identifying appreciated in
advance. Could it be a parcel post label by chance?

G'day Tony,
just a calculated guess
a Pre Paid company label.

Perhaps these are somehow accounted for at Singapore Post
and billed accordingly, possibly for common bill envelopes
and propaganda mail.

Some in my collection, my label shares the same number as yours.
