Few months ago, I submitted a bid of $4,000,000 but said coin was sold
for a higher figurfe.


Sounds like you don't qualify.

First, you didn't spend. Second, the presence of overbidder(s) argues your bid
wasn't "too much" for the coin.

Nice bid, though. How much was the vig
on top, 5%-15%?
