Danbury Mint issues several ingot and medal series!
As I have mentioned before, I am quite fond of the private mint
issues...especially Franklin Mint and Danbury Mint. I am amazed at how Danbury Mint has really taken a new interest in medals and ingots. Got three ads today from their Postal Commemorative Society division. Disney Silver Ingots, Lighthouses Silver Ingots, and medallic replics of US Silver Dollars. All are struck in .999 Silver. I think art bar collectors will like the ingots as they are the standard one ounce size. Very expensive though. They must be selling well. Danbury Mint is brilliant when it comes to marketing and customer service. I would have never guessed three new programs at the same time like this. Not to mention the three they already offered this year. Mickey 75th Medals, Gold Coin Replicas, and John Deere Medals. The ingots and medals feature color. |
