Default Tech: Rock-Ola SyberSonic 7000 Legend - Autoplay???

Hi all,

I recently purchased a beautiful Rock-Ola 7000 Sybersonic 7000 Legend
(red electronics) Jukebox at the last Super Auction.

The juke is working great!

However it didn't come with a service manual.
I've put the jukebox out on location in a small restaurant and I would
like the juke to do like I've seen some others do.... play a random
song on it's own every once in a while. ......kinda like "hey I'm over
here...come put some money in me!"

I've seen other CD jukes do this and I'm sure it's an easy feature to
setup...however this is my first CD jukebox and I'm just learning how
to manuever through the service menu(s).

Am I assuming correctly that the random song play is called "auto
play?"

If so....can anyone explain to me how to set this up....and or point
me in the right direction as to where I can download the service
manual or purchase one.

Thanks,
Craig Hassell

Craig,

This is really simple.

1. Open the dome lid and tap the red credit / scan button two times. Display should read "SETUP MODE / Disc Mapping".

2. Type in the numbers "4" and "0". Display should read "AUTO PLAY / Auto Play Off".

3. Press the "Hits" button and the "Off" should begin flashing.

4. Use the "1" button to cycle through the choices. (Off, Random, Program). When the display flashes "Random", press the "Hits" button.

5. Press the "Reset" button a couple of times and close the dome lid.

A simple rule of thumb in programming these boxes:

Page Left & Page Right = Same as cursor keys for cycling through the menu
1 button = change option selection
Hits = Enter selection
Reset = Escape

If you need further assistance or would like to get a manual, let me know.

Awesome, thank you!
I'll try this next time I'm over there.
