Default Seeburg 100 selector question / Advice

Here's a weird thing that is starting to happen. Get this. lets say I
select , I don't know 5 selections. Each one plays perfectly;
advancing to the next record and then stopping after the last
selection. Shuts down with the record half way back into the rack as
it should. Well here's the thing. Let's say the last record is A5
could be any selection. When I go to select another record after it
stopped, it will play A5 once again eventhough it wasn't selected. So
in so many words it play the last selection before playing the new
one, but will play the rest perfectly and stop again. But when you
play it again it will always play the last selection prior. I thought
at first the cancel coil wasn't turning the selector pin to the off
possition. But...it's not all the time, it's intermittent.

I'm not sure, but that could be the begining of the famous sticking
clutch syndrome.
