Default Ami Jai-200 1958 problem with speed and sound

Hi

I have another problem with our jukebox.
The sound has become a bit shaky and timing the rpm comes to around 42-43 rpm.

I have read it could be the 3 rubber rings holding the motor in place, that become thin of aging. But could that also make the sound "shaky" (i'm not 100% sure about the English word for it, its when the speed is unstable I guess).

We are as usual very thankful for any comments about this.
Have a wonderful Christmas.

Lars & Elisabeth
