perforations are a security feature.
Imperforate stamps manually cut from any carrier, (minisheet etc) can now be considered officially "mutilated" in Australia, and is no longer valid for postage. If you see (as one often does) a singleton from this sheet keep it as a curiosity piece. http://cjoint.com/data/iqh4RetNSd.htm |
