Default "In The Mail" Saturday 5/30/04

A bit of catching up to do as it has been a very busy graph weekend. We
started the weekend with a journey north to Manchester and a AA minor league
game with the New Hampshire Fishercats and did pick up a couple of autographs
there. Unfortunately we also had to sit through an hour and a half rain delay
but they did eventually play and lose, but the graphs we picked up friday night
were from:

Matt Logan, Jose Umbria, Victor Valencia, Tyrell Godwin, and John Ogiltree

And then came Saturday and we journied on down to a Tri-star show in
Marlborough, Ma and although it turned out to be a very expensive day, it was
great fun. Met some great guys, some collectors I hadn't seen for a year or so
and I was able to get photos of my son and each of the signers for the wall of
fame at the store.

Many New England Patriots, Boston Red Sox players and some excellent hall of
famers appeared at this show and we were able to pick up:

Stan Musial Red Shoendienst Lou Brock
Bethel Johnson Bronson Arroyo Kevin Millar
Keith Faulk Larry Izzo Matt Chattam
Mike Cloud Christian Fauria Ashante Samuel
Jose Canseco David Ortiz Marty Barrett
Russ Francis John Hannah Sergei Samsanov

A tad pricey but the photos for the wall make it a great day. But if it wasn't
for my daughter who did the driving, because I am still unable to do so, and
that super wonderful wife of mine we would not be able to do these things.
Sometimes it is important to remember the family that allows us to enjoy the
hobbies that we do.

But then there was also the mail to deal with on Saturday and we had a couple
of return to senders I could use some help with and they were from:

Dave Wehrmeister - retired Baseball ???? any idea ????

handwritten: not at this address

Ted Wilborn - retired baseball ???? Any Idea ????

stamped: undeliverable as addressed

Joe Wallis - retired baseball ???? any idea ????
18100 Wallis Drive

handwritten: got the wrong joe wallis

And one long time out failure which is actually pretty funny.
