Leon Nielsen Arkham House Books A Collector's Guide: How Useful?

I just noticed the publication of Leon Nielsen's Arkham House Books: A
Collector's Guide from Macfarland, even though it evidently came out
in 2004:

Can anyone report on how useful or otherwise this book is? I already
have Joshi's Sixty Years of Arkham House and Jaffrey's Horrors and
Unpleasantries. Does this have anything that isn't in one of those?

I bought it. You don't need it if you have Jaffery and Joshi.
It had some wrong info about THE SHUNNED HOUSE.

Does it include the jacket art?

About half of the books have small b&w pics of the cover art. The
prices on some of the books are off also.......$3000 for f/f OUTSIDER.
I don't think so.
It does have info in the Stanton & Lee books though.

What would you expect for a good copy of Outsider with original dust
jacket (I think its the blue one)
Is F/F code for fine condition or first edition/first printing?
