Not point blank. There are a variety of factors that determine a Note's value
besides the Series year. For example, My reference book shows about 20
sub-catagories for $1 Notes which bear the year 1935 as the Series.

You need to list things like condition, color of ink for the serial number /
seal, any letter following the Series Year, letters before & after the serial
number, any red "R" or "S" (near the seal?), any markings on the back (is there
a motto? the word HAWAII?), and other things.

All of these play a part. It's like saying "I've got a 1995 Chevy for sale -
how much is it worth?" You need to know the vehicle's condition, model,
options etc.
