Default Pricing variability query

I was checking prices for a first of the "Letters of J. R. R. Tolkein"
published by Houghton Mifflin in 1981.

There are two copies on AddAll. One at $12, the other at 10 times as
much. Now there is apparently some difference in condition, but the
low priced one isn't that much of a dog. Is the higher price a case
of unrealistic expectations?

I suggest you do a search on Letters Tolkien... ("ie" instead
of "ei" What do find now?

Well, there seems to be a a "U" missing, so maybe that.
