Is this a Falcon?

Express. If you don't see it at first try reloading the page.

If you can get it to load, can you tell me if the pen is a namiki
falcon?
Looks like it but the distinctive feature is the nib and it's shape
is hard to make out.

I see that no one's responded. As for me, I tried but never saw a pen. Since
you saw it, you might have to compare it to photos of the Namiki Falcon on
pen dealers' websites.
