Default Luxembourg - Help required

I have Scott # 76 (2c Coat of Arms) overprinted with "luxembourg 12". I am
unable to locate it in the catelogue. Can anyone help ?

Hello from Bavaria,

the overprint "LUXEMBOURG 12" is a precancellation, same as known from
Belgium.

Michel Catalogue for Western Europe mentions it.

Just to add a bit to Gerhard's answer......

Here is a stamp with this precancel.

This precancel type was used from 1908 to 1925.

Two lines: "Luxembourg" on the top line and the last two digits of
the
year on the bottom. So your stamp was precanceled in 1912.
