Can someone ID these overprints?

The first appear to be fiscal overprints.

In the latter ones, the number could be the year
ie 09 = 1909

They could be fiscals or even pre-cancels.

The first appear to be fiscal overprints.

In the latter ones, the number could be the year
ie 09 = 1909

They could be fiscals or even pre-cancels.

type 2 precancels.

Type used from 1908 to 1925.

Two lines: "Luxembourg" on the top line and
the last two digits of the year on the bottom.

The Droits de Statistique were documentation fees on the movement
of alcoholic drinks, pat of a 6 stamp set with overprint values up to
5 franks.
