Default Need e-bay advice

Hi folks,
I have a coin set on e-bay and the bidder has a decent feed back but the
only problem is he has a high bid retration number, 20 in the past six
months. This is kind of unsettling to me and he has bid twice on the same
article, the second bid I would assume is to raise his max bid.

Should I be suspicious?
Why would someone have such a high bid retraction number?

The auction address is as follows:
http://cgi.ebay.ca/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?...tem=8410582501

Thanks for taking the time,
Kyle.

"K.Mutcher" was wondering about this, so tossed out the question:
Should I be suspicious?
Why would someone have such a high bid retraction number?

I must confess that I haven't been looking to see the retraction number
before you brought it up in this thread. However, I am immediately
suspicious. You may want to drop Comanche a note and ask him what he has to
say about that...

Yes. He's probably got more than one account, and he's exposing max
bids with this account, to come in as another bidder and get the item as
cheaply as possible after he withdraws from this username.

Why would someone have such a high bid retraction number?

Because they're trying to get their eBay accounts pulled?
Can you block that bidder? I know you can cancel bids but I've never
done it.
