he can't even come to the newsgroup (it is so hard to do to send
someone email asking for help but not asking for a 30 second lesson on
how to post) to answer for himself.

If he thinks he has nothing to hide, then why not be honest to people
about why they are blocked and why not speak for himself rather than
use Ira.

Gotta love how he claims to be a lawyer and stuff.......I would laugh
if anyone got this thread going on the pcgs board and then watch some
real lawyers lay into him and what he does......

He must think he can threaten and bully people around as long as he
stays anonymous.

btw..missed your posts for awhile wheeler, but I think i remember
reading why in the last day or so....hope things are going better!

Hello Ron.
He was not "per say" threatening me... I "think" he might have said
something like one of my colleagues told me that there was some
mention that I was involved with someone in Florida but I am not and
something about him being an attorney and he may have said something
like he is not involved with anyone in said state and he just might
have said something like BUT I AM NOT AND SINCE I AM AN ATTORNEY
THIS KIND OF GOSSIP WILL GET A FEW PEOPLE SUED but my memory is not
what it used to be and that may or amy not be what he said. :-)
All of this confusion came about because I asked him if I could bid
on some of his Morgans. There was a couple of emails "I THINK". But
as I said, I might be wrong.
About why I was not posting, I had not been feeling very good for a
few days and I was at my computer when I KNEW that I had an heart
attack. The last email I sent to was to George, I was just going to
go to the V.A. in Little Rock and might get some nitro pills, right?
WRONG! the next day I had a double bypass..... I found out that I
have been having a few heart attacks. I have been back for a check
up and I am going again today. I feel a lot better and even have
more energy now. One good thing about all of this was that I had
home health care to stay with me for a week and I did not have to do
anything! I could get use to that!

Until you posted this I had never heard of this guy. I guess I've
just been lucky to have not stumbled accross him while searching ebay.
I decided to do a seller search on ebay and look at his offerings. I
spotted an NGC Lincoln from my dad's birth year that was still very
low, so I decided to put a bid in on it. No dice, I'm blocked.

The only other seller that I know of that has blocked me is
ah-collectables. I've never bid on mysonbrad's auctions before or
corresponded with him. Isn't that quite a coincidence? I guess it's
possible he accidently happened to type my user name in to his blocked
list without realizing it.

I thought Ira made it pretty clear in his initial post. In the next
sentence after the one Linda quoted, he said " He (Brad Hollender)
apparently doesn't know how to post so he asked me to do this." And in his
(Brad Hollender's) message to Ira, Hollender stated "I DON'T KNOW HOW TO
FOOL AROUND IN THE GOOGLE CHAT OR GROUP DISCUSSIONS AND BEING IN THE LEGAL

I don't want to get in the middle of this whole ahcollectible/mysonbrad

If either of you had read my original post, I clearly stated that the guy wrote
to me because he claimed he had purchased a coin from me last year (he did) and
that he was being maligned on RCC. He reads these messages on Google and wrote
that he didn't know how to post to Google. Asked if I would post his statement
and I did, but told him I wasn't about to get involved and that he was using
the same type of text and lack of return policies that AH-Collectibles did and
that those actions would hold him up to scorn if he continued.

I then posted to RCC and used the phrase "posted without comment."

If either of you are in any way implying that I am in cahoots with this lying
mysonbrad (Brad Hollender) you are way off base.

Not at all intending to imply such a thing. Ed just pointed out the

I'm sorry I didn't catch the posts about this guy when they were posted, but I had a minor
health setback Tuesday. I'm doing fine now.

This guy is well known in San Diego (at least he was when I left) and let's just say his reputation
is not stellar.

He is on my list of known ACG associates/submitters/dealers, and the fact that he is sharing a
blocked bidder list with Clayton Spencer ought to tell you everything you need to know.

It doesn't really mater what he said in the sentence below because he
also lies in his auction description ( THIS IS A NO MINIMUM AND NO
RESERVE AUCTION FOR ONLY X DAYS ) , What this really means is if the
bids are high enough this is a no minimum no reserve auction, but if not
i will cancel all bids and relist the auction. I bid on three of his
auction decent amounts on raw coins bid so i would be getting a good
deal. In all three auctions i had high bid until he canceled all three.
Of the auction listed last week he ended about half for MISTAKES IN THE
AUCTION LISTING. just before the auctions end time, all with fairly low
or minimum bids. I will never bid on another of his auctions
