Staughton Lynd Unpublished Manuscript?
I have here what seems to be an unpublished typed manuscript of a book
by activist lawyer/author Staughton Lynd. I can't find any mention of the title on ABE, Bookfinder, Google, etc. The title is "Diary of a Delegate to the Word," dated March 1991. Along with the manuscript is a typed letter to peace/civil rights activist David Dellinger, asking for comments and criticism. In the letter he mentions that he had asked Alice Walker to write a Preface. On ABE, the closest I come to as far as subject and published time is "Solidarity Unionism: Rebuilding Labor Movement from Below" I wonder if the manuscript was retitled to Solidarity...? Or was this ever published? Bob Streeter |

Staughton Lynd Unpublished Manuscript?
Wiiliam, I saw that site, among others, when I was searching for info. I've done some more looking, still no luck. I guess I'll contact Kent State about this. Thanks for your efforts, Bob Streeter On 4 Oct 2006 11:21:33 -0700, "William M.
