Rare is relative. 20 is rare if 100 people want one, not so rare if only 10
want one.

According to the Standard catalogue (2005 edition) they're worth $25.
A bit more than the ones that don't rub off, but still not really
rare. His selling price is about right.

With that prefix they can be had from any bank in England at face value.

HA01, the first prefix, is the only prefix a banknote collector should pay
much above face for, HA01 can be had from dealers for about £15. Billy
