Bosnia (Modern) booklet hard to find

Bosnia and Herzegovina (Muslim part - sarajevo) issued on October 27,
1993 first own issue "Coat of Arms" set of 7 value.

This set was issued in printing sheet of 50 and also in booklet
format.

Now, I have problem with booklet format. Exactly with first face value
of 100d, stamp - it is issued in 5 strip of 10 stamp, and I have 6
value - but this first is nowhere to obtain.
I contacted by snail mail, by fax, by email Central Post Office - but
from there I didn't receive even notice or any kind of response!!!!!!
It is maybe because I delivered mail from Israel?
No matter - but anyone around globe - from dealers with booklets to
official agency DON'T HAVE THIS BOOKLET.

What I can to do?
I lok in Michel catalogue 2002 issue it valued booklet for simple
10.00 euro (it is just Michel policy to value low material that in not
available) but even that I offered (on many web) more than that - no
response arrived.
Can someone help with this case - and maybe give more detail about
this booklet?
