On the web page it says "Shipping is $2. Non-US shipping is $3.
Insurance is $2 additional if desired."

Are these amounts in Canadian dollars or U.S. dollars? Shipping to
Europe (from within the USA) is usually a lot more expensive (anywhere
from US-$5 to $10).

(I'd love to have that cent, BTW -- mostly because I just love
Canada, but also because it's a beautiful coin! BTW, how cold is it
this time of year where you are??)

Frightening isn't it? Especially since actual USPS cost would be no more
that 80 cents to send that coin to Europe in a plain envelope and in a
bit of a safe-t mailer. Of course there are other `costs', and $3 is not
unreasonable. What is unreasonable is when you get people making a
charge of $6 (not including insurance) and your coin arrives in a simple
envelope with a $0.80 postal sticker on it.
