X-files 9 promo question

I know that there were only 500 UK promos done for the X-files 9 set, but I
was wondering why I haven't seen them on E-bay much. I only saw one posting
by some one in the UK wanting an outrageous price of $42 minimum bid.
Anyone have a reason for this?

That's news to me! I've seen quite a few at various UK card vairs - and I
didn't pay more than a couple of dollars for the one I have!
