2 in the mail, more at the ballpark

Hey everybody. I was decided to do something I've wanted to do for a while
now. So today I grabbed my cards and drove down to Minute Maid Park at 1 pm,
to wait for Astros and Rangers players to come in. After 3 hours of waiting
with basically two other people, I walked away with eleven cards signed by nine
people. Here's the hit list:

Morgan Ensberg (Astros) - 2 cards
Doug Glanville
Todd Greene
Orel Hershiser!!! - was very polite. Awesome sig from a guy that's usually
tough.
David Matranga (Astros) - just got the call today
Jay Powell
Buck Showalter
Greg Zaun

and the big score of today...
Rafael Palmeiro!!! - he was the nicest guy in the world. A bunch of kids ran
up when they saw him, and he must have signed about 25-30 autographs. He made
sure he signed for everyone

So I go home and remember, hey the mailman came. A quick trip to the mailbox
brought two more.
Kent Tekulve - former Pirate and Phillie signed two cards c/o the Washington
Wild Things - 10 days.
Mike Eruzione - captain of the 1980 USA Hockey team signed 1 card c/o Boston
University - 12 days.
