a qustion about 03 04 bowman R&S
does anyone know if there will be a retail packs? I have looked for about a
month at shopko and target and havent seen it yet? if anyone knows please email me.

Yeah it's out there, just starting to trickle into the retail markets
now, I saw it at WalMart the other day. Talking of which, wtf is Topps pulling on the NPN for Bowman's Best football retail? They had a postmarked date of November 28 or something, and it didn't even show up in retail around here until December 2nd! Is that legal?
