The problem is, you can ask the name of a crook in Russia and we could write
a novel with the answer. There are many there, here and everywhere. Mostly
in government. Even Tony the Blair is being questioned for alleged
wrongdoing.

The reason for my asking is an advert in Coin News placed by a gentleman in
Russia and I recall a few months ago someone posting a warning about someone
in Russia who ripped them off and I wondered if it was the same person.

I think a dealer had a warning on his web site, but which dealer was it?

Too bad there is such a risk of getting sued ~ or a site with listings of
known deceptive practices dealers would be in order. Maybe when I move to
Ukraine and live in a dacha on the Chornoye More I can do it.
